After you join, you can read hundreds of scripts from The Vault. When you see scripts that interest you, email us at info@specbank.com to check their availability and reserve them. If a script is already reserved, we’ll check if the person who reserved it is willing to release it to you.
From working creatives at top ad agencies across the country. Many of the scripts are for actual campaigns, while many others are original ideas conceived by creatives who want to add great commercials to their reels.
Each script is carefully selected for quality of concept and production value. You won’t find lame local commercials or run-of-the-mill car dealer spots. Just good ideas that will make you and your reel shine.

The Spec Bank is the best way to bring your ideas to life and build your reel. We welcome all script submissions and it’s 100% free to submit scripts. We’ll send out your scripts to the entire membership and cc: you. Email your scripts to us at submit@specbank.com.
Access to, and use of, hundreds of top-notch TV commercial scripts. Members can view one-line descriptions of each script as they browse The Vault. We’ll also post and announce your completed spots for free.
Occasionally we are contacted for exclusive directing opportunities from some of the country’s top ad agencies. You’ll be given the chance to respond to those opportunities.
Yes. We understand that no one wants to shoot a spot that someone else has already shot. (It’s out of our control if the writer has someone else shoot a spot, but so far it’s never happened.)
You can cancel your membership at any time. However, you must be a member to develop, direct, and produce our scripts. Also, you must be a member to have your completed spot posted on our Samples page (though it will remain there after you unsubscribe).
No. Your membership covers everything.
Yes. It’s to your benefit to have the writers involved, though it’s up to them how involved they’d like to be. You must invite the writers to your shoots.
As many as you like, but if another member expresses interest in one of your reserved scripts, you must cut your reserved list to two scripts.
